programs. Our service begin with the presales phase
and continues with implementation, training, and
ongoing support throughout the enterprise. The
professional services group consist of personnel
with equipment engineering experience, electrical
and software engineering backgrounds and will act as
the bridge between product development and the
customer’s strategy for implementation.

Professional Services
Vistrian managed services option provides for 24
hour remote monitoring of the Vistrian FactoryLOOK
system. Using a VPN connection provided and
controlled by the customer, Vistrian can perform
routine maintenance, monitor server and hardware,
and install routine software upgrades to your FPM
system.

Training
After the Vistrian solutions system is in
production at the customer site, our services group
can provide on-going support in the form of
training, configuration, and enhancements as needed
by the customer. Additionally, during the first year
after initial installation, software upgrades are
installed on the servers (remotely).

Support
An assigned priority support team will become
thoroughly familiar with your business systems
environment, serving as a single interface for
Vistrian product problems. Our team will serve as
your focal point in critical problem situations,
provide regular monitoring, and tracking of your
account status, and reported operating system
problems, and review your remote software support
activity with you on a quarterly basis.
