FactoryLOOK Professional Services
The Vistrian Professional Services Group will be involved with all aspects of the Factory Performance Management project, beginning with the pre-sales phase and continuing with implementation, training and ongoing support. Vistrian’s Professional Services group consists of personnel with equipment engineering, electrical and software engineering backgrounds and will act as the bridge between Vistrian’s product development team and the customer’s implementation team. Vistrian offers a Managed Services Program in order to provide customers with ongoing system management on a 24/7 basis.

Pre-Sales Configuration Activities

In this phase of the project, the following tasks are typically accomplished:
        Gather requirements from customer team
        Initial configuration of Vistrian hardware
        Configuration of Server and Storage requirements
        Verify customer data source availability

 

Implementation Activities

During the Implementation phase, the Professional Services Group performs the following tasks:
        Spider hardware installation and interconnection to customer equipment
        FactoryLOOK software installation and configuration
        System start-up and verification
        Training

Post Installation Activities

After the Vistrian FPM system is in production at the customer site, the PSG can provide on-going support in the form of training, configuration, and enhancements as needed by the customer. Additionally, during the first year after initial installation, software upgrades are installed on the servers.

Managed Services Program

Vistrian’s managed services option provides for 24 hour remote monitoring of the Vistrian FactoryLOOK system. Using a VPN connection provided and controlled by the customer, Vistrian can perform routine maintenance, monitor server and hardware, and install routine software upgrades to your FPM system.
